Vilu will be transformed into Michelin starred restaurant when it welcomes French Chef Julien Allano and Pastry Chef Jean Christophe Vitte from Le Claire de Plume Restaurant in Provence, France. Both chefs will present a five course and seven course degustation menu featuring seasonal ingredients.
